INFINITI has a wonderful service department, especially this one particular gentlemen named Carson Gaither. He goes above to make you feel very comfortable when you bring your car in; he's very detailed and keeps you informed every step of the way as to what was the findings of your vehicle and the resolution. My experience in the service department has always been wonderful. Carson takes pride in what he does and with the customers. He's the best.
Carson was truly amazing from my initial call for an appointment to my drop-off and return, to picking up my vehicle. There were vehicles that I feel other companies would have placed me in based on my situation, but my associate worked with me and took my true day to day life into consideration and placed me in a vehicle that was not as expensive so that could maintain it long-term. You will NOT find a better Salesperson than Mark Kerce and the sales/finance team at INFINITI of South Atlanta. We visited the other 4 dealers in the Greater ATL area and the experience was less than average. The other 4 dealerships quote what you see on the website and basically wait to see what happens. Their showrooms and the overall experience had much to be desired. While INFINITI South doesn't try to "sell you", they definitely treat you like a customer. They listen to your needs in a car and do everything (including financing) to put you in the car you want. I've owned an INFINITI since 2001 when I learned a "loaded" Maxima cost more than an Infiniti. You will not find a better vehicle or customer experience in ATL than the one provided by INFINITI of South Atlanta. When the 4 others will not - they will! Also, their post buying service offering when you purchase a CPO vehicle is well above the others. Shop all 5 and you'll find yourself at INFINITI of South Atlanta purchasing your next vehicle.

Late last night two of my tires ran flat and my car was un-drivable but I was in a safe place and you kindly answered my call. Of course with Atlanta traffic I was not going to be able to arrive at the dealership before 8 o'clock and on top of that we had torrential rain that was quite dangerous. You told me "I've got you" and I was touched. We got a hold of Infinity service and arranged for a tow truck that got me to your establishment after business hours and you were there in the pouring rain guiding us on. I have never been so affected in all my life in terms of customer service. I am a doctor and work with patients every day and know the meaning of this quite intimately.
I would like to say, that I will always treasure this experience in my heart because you made that “disastrous” time in my life easier and special. I am forever indebted to you and will consider myself a timeless Infinity customer.
I wanted to send you a quick note, thanking you for such a great experience with INFINITI of South Atlanta. Due to a VERY poor experience I had several years back with a Suburban (at a GM dealership), where I was lied to, and the service consultants tried to push me into fraudulent repairs / service, I have been very hesitant to have service work done at a dealership. The experience with you and INFINITI of South Atlanta was quite the opposite. You bent over backwards to help facilitate my repairs, set up a loaner vehicle, and left me with a beautiful and clean vehicle. Even when I was stuck in ATL traffic, and could not make it back to the dealership until 6:20 … the fact that you allowed me to come back and check out after hours was “above and beyond”. That saved me over an hour round trip this morning… and with 4 kids and a hectic schedule, that was more valuable than you understand. Your efforts and example are the way that a dealership truly builds trust with consumers, and why I will be back, and recommend INFINITI of South Atlanta to my friends and family. Trust and respect is the way to grow your revenue and market share (long-term), and increase bottom line profitability … not defrauding and pushing a consumer into unnecessary and unwarranted service work.
I have already sung the praises of your salesforce on our first visit. Again I say, mediocre service is far more prevalent and acceptable as the norm in today’s marketplace. The standard of good has been replaced by good enough, which is a way of justifying the mediocre. To reverse the acceptance of mediocrity as the new standard, the only escape route is nonconformity through setting your own example of being the anti-mediocre.
